Billing section
Most Trello users are on the free plan and don't need to cancel anything. If you upgraded to Gold or Business, you can downgrade or cancel from your billing settings. Team admins control Business plan cancellations.
Log into your Trello account
Visit trello.com and sign in with your email and password. Make sure you're logged into the account with the paid subscription.
