App Store Subscriptions for mobile
Most Notion users are billed directly and can cancel from their workspace settings. If you subscribed through mobile app stores, you'll need to cancel through those platforms instead of your Notion account.
Sign in to your Notion workspace
Go to notion.so and log in to your account. Make sure you're signing in to the workspace where you want to cancel the subscription.
Open Settings & Members
Click Settings & Members in the left sidebar. If you don't see it, click your workspace name at the top left first.
Go to Billing section
In the settings menu, click on Billing. You'll see your current plan details and subscription information here.
Cancel your subscription
Scroll down and click Cancel plan or Downgrade. Notion may ask for feedback about why you're cancelling.
Confirm cancellation
Review the cancellation details and confirm. You'll receive an email confirmation, and your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
