Sign in to your account
Go to stitchfix.com and log in using your email and password. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Navigate to Style Profile
From your account dashboard, click on Style Profile in the main menu or sidebar navigation.
Find account settings
Scroll down to the bottom of your Style Profile page and look for Account Settings or Manage Account link.
Select cancel subscription
Click Cancel My Subscription or Close Account. Stitch Fix may show you alternatives like pausing before proceeding.
Confirm cancellation
Complete any exit survey questions and click Confirm Cancellation. You'll receive an email confirmation that your account is closed.
