Most Instacart users only need to cancel if they have Instacart+, the paid membership. Regular Instacart accounts are free and don't require cancellation. Check your account settings to see if you have an active Instacart+ subscription.
Open the Instacart app or website
Launch the Instacart app on your phone or go to instacart.com in your web browser. Make sure you're logged into your account.
Go to Your Account settings
Tap your profile icon in the bottom right (app) or click Account in the top right (website). Select Your Account from the menu.
Find Instacart+ membership
Scroll down to find the Instacart+ membership section. If you don't see this section, you don't have an active paid membership to cancel.
Cancel your membership
