Amazon Subscribe & Save lets you cancel individual items rather than the entire service. Each product subscription is managed separately, so you'll need to cancel each one you no longer want delivered.
Sign in to your Amazon account
Go to Amazon.com and sign in using your account credentials. Make sure you're logged into the same account where your Subscribe & Save subscriptions are active.
Navigate to Your Account
Click on Your Account in the top right corner, then select Your Account from the dropdown menu to access your account settings.
Find Your Subscriptions
Scroll down to the Ordering and shopping preferences section and click on Your Subscriptions to view all your active Subscribe & Save items.
Select the subscription to cancel
Find the product you want to cancel and click Actions next to it. From the dropdown menu, select Cancel subscription to stop future deliveries.
Confirm cancellation
Amazon will ask you to confirm the cancellation. Click Cancel subscription again to finalize. You'll see a confirmation message that the subscription has been cancelled.
