iCloud+ is tied directly to your Apple ID and renews automatically. Family organizers control shared plans, so individual family members can't cancel those subscriptions. Check if you're on a family plan first.
Open iPhone Settings
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap your name at the top of the screen to access your Apple ID settings.
Go to Subscriptions
Tap Media & Purchases, then Subscriptions. You'll see all your active Apple subscriptions including iCloud+.
Select iCloud+ subscription
