Figma teams and organizations often have admin-controlled billing, meaning individual team members can't cancel the subscription themselves. If you don't see billing options in your account, your team admin handles cancellation instead.
Sign in to your Figma account
Go to figma.com and log in with your credentials. Make sure you're using the account that's being billed for the subscription.
Navigate to billing settings
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Settings. In the sidebar, click Billing to access your subscription details.
Find your active subscription
Look for your current plan under Active Plans. Click Change plan next to the subscription you want to cancel.
Select downgrade or cancel option
Choose Starter (Free) to downgrade to the free plan, or look for Cancel subscription if you want to end billing entirely. Follow the prompts to confirm.
Confirm cancellation
